Our company have contracts with selected courier services, allowing us to negotiate the best possible shipping solution for every order. For customers in Denmark, we occasionally use our own vehicle for deliveries, depending on the circumstances. Larger shipments over 30 kg are always palletized to provide maximum protection for the glassware.
All in-stock items are shipped quickly to minimize waiting times. Each piece is securely packaged using eco-friendly materials—wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a 100% recyclable brown box—designed to keep your glassware safe, no matter the journey. In the rare event of any damage, you don’t have to worry about filing a claim—we handle the entire process with the shipping company directly on your behalf.
If your order includes items that are currently backordered, delivery times may vary depending on the specific colors and shapes you’ve selected. While some pieces require additional time to craft, this ensures every item meets our highest standards. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your order is on its way, so you’re always in the loop.
